This Privacy Policy explains how PathRank LLC (“PathRank,” “we,” “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use PathRank’s applications, websites, and services (“Services”).

  • tasks, notes, workflows, transcripts, and other user-generated content
  • calendar information, where you connect a calendar
  • profile information, including any image you provide
  • preferences and settings
  • support communications

B. Automatically Collected Information

When you use the Services, we may collect:

  • device characteristics
  • usage logs
  • IP address
  • diagnostic and crash data

This information helps us operate, maintain, and improve the Services.

We and our analytics providers also collect information about how the Services are used, including a schematic record of in-app activity. Sensitive fields and content are masked on your device before transmission. We use this information solely to maintain, secure, and improve the Services. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell or share it.

We process this information on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the Services, and, where applicable law requires consent, on the basis of your consent. You may object to this processing at any time by contacting support@pathrank.ai. We retain this information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, in accordance with the retention period configured with our provider.

C. Audio-Enabled Features

Some optional features may capture and process audio in real time to convert speech into text or structured output.

  • We do not store raw audio long-term.
  • We do not create biometric voiceprints.
  • We do not use audio for model training.

Transcribed text or structured output may be stored as User Content and is under your control.

D. Third-Party Service Providers

We may use service providers to support the Services, including for infrastructure, analytics, speech processing, machine learning, authentication, and payments.

These providers may process personal information solely under our instructions.

2. Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking Technologies

Our website does not use third-party advertising scripts. Our hosting provider sets cookies necessary to operate the site securely and provides us with aggregate traffic reporting, without profiling individual visitors.

Within our applications, we use third-party analytics and crash reporting providers. We use these services only to understand usage, diagnose defects, and improve the Services.

We do not:

  • use cookies for advertising or marketing tracking
  • track users across third-party apps or sites
  • sell or share analytics data for marketing purposes

You may disable cookies directly through your browser settings. Cookie-control is handled at the browser level, not within the PathRank app.

No cookies are required for the PathRank mobile application.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • operate and improve the Services
  • generate structured outputs
  • personalize user experience
  • secure and maintain systems
  • communicate service updates
  • comply with legal obligations

We may use aggregated and de-identified information for analytics. We do not attempt to reidentify such data.

  • organizations or individuals you interact with through collaboration features

We do not sell or rent personal information.

Collaborative Outputs

In collaborative features, session transcripts and structured summaries may be visible to authorized participants.

Participants may export or share these outputs. PathRank does not control or monitor how exported information is used.

If you use any audio-enabled feature, you are solely responsible for notifying and obtaining consent from individuals whose voices may be captured.

PathRank does not verify, monitor, or retain audio for the purpose of assessing consent.

6. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information.

No system can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect the integrity and confidentiality of your data.

7. Data Retention

We retain:

  • account information while your account remains active
  • User Content until you delete it
  • operational and diagnostic logs as needed for security, legal, or system requirements

You may request account deletion at any time.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

  • access, correct, or delete personal information
  • export your data
  • restrict or object to certain processing activities

We comply with applicable privacy laws, including CCPA/CPRA where relevant.
