Transcribed text or structured output may be stored as User Content.


D. Third-Party Service Providers


We may use service providers for infrastructure, analytics, speech processing, machine learning, authentication, and payments. They process data only as instructed and under contractual restrictions.


2. How We Use Information


We use information to:


  • operate and improve the Services;

  • generate structured outputs;

  • personalize experience;

  • secure systems;

  • comply with legal obligations.


We may use aggregated and de-identified data for analytics. We do not reidentify such data.

Collaborative Outputs


Shared session outputs (including transcripts or structured summaries) may be visible to all authorized participants. Participants may export or share these outputs. PathRank does not control how exported or shared data is used.


4. Legal Responsibility for Audio Capture


You are responsible for notifying and obtaining consent from individuals whose voices may be captured. PathRank does not verify or monitor consent.


5. Data Security


We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No system is completely secure.


6. Data Retention


We retain information:


  • while your account remains active;

  • until you delete User Content;

  • as required for legal, security, or operational needs.


You may request account deletion.


7. Your Rights


Depending on jurisdiction, you may access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal data. We comply with applicable privacy laws, including CCPA/CPRA where relevant.


8. Children’s Privacy


The Services are not intended for individuals under 16. If we learn we collected data from someone under 16, we delete it.


9. International Transfers


Data may be processed in locations used by service providers under appropriate safeguards.

We may update this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updates.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all applications, websites, software, and services provided by PathRank LLC (“PathRank,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.


If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.


1. Eligibility


You must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering a binding contract. We may suspend or delete accounts created by individuals under 18.


2. The Services


PathRank provides digital productivity software that includes tools for creating, organizing, and processing tasks, workflows, and structured information. Certain features may accept typed, spoken, or other forms of input. Features may vary by version, platform, or subscription tier. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.


3. Account Registration and Security


You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access. PathRank is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account use.


4. Collaborative Features


Some features may enable multi-user or collaborative interactions. When you participate in such features:


  • your display name and contributions may be visible to other authorized participants;

  • shared session outputs (including transcripts or structured summaries) may be visible to participants;

  • participants may export or share such outputs using built-in tools.


PathRank is not responsible for how participants use or redistribute exported or shared information.


This section automatically applies to all collaboration-related features released in future versions.


5. License to Use the Services


Subject to these Terms, PathRank grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal or internal business use.


You may not:


  • reverse engineer, copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Services;

  • circumvent security or access controls;

  • resell or redistribute the Services;

  • use the Services to build or train competing products;

  • interfere with system operations;

  • violate applicable laws, including privacy or consent laws.


We may suspend or terminate access for violations.


6. User Content and Ownership


You retain ownership of all tasks, notes, workflows, transcripts, files, text, and other content you submit or generate (“User Content”).


You grant PathRank a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, display, reproduce, and use User Content to operate, maintain, and improve the Services and comply with law.


You are responsible for ensuring User Content is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.


7. AI and Audio-Enabled Features


Some optional features may allow interaction via voice or audio input. When activated, these features may capture and process audio in real time to convert speech into text or structured outputs. Audio may be processed by third-party processors acting on our behalf.


We do not store raw audio long-term and do not use audio to train standalone models.


AI-generated or automated outputs may contain inaccuracies; you agree to verify results.


8. Legal Responsibility for Audio Capture


If you use any feature that captures or processes audio:


  • you are solely responsible for notifying and obtaining consent from any person whose voice may be captured;

  • you must comply with all applicable recording, privacy, and consent laws;

  • PathRank does not verify or monitor consent and has no duty to assess compliance.


9. Data Storage, Retention, and Deletion


We retain:


  • account information while your account remains active;

  • User Content until you delete it;

  • logs and system data necessary for security, maintenance, and legal obligations.


You may delete User Content or request account deletion using in-app controls or by contacting us.


10. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments


Certain features require a paid subscription.


  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

  • Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

  • Trial plans convert to paid plans unless canceled before expiration.

  • Prices may change; app-store providers will notify existing subscribers of increases where required.


11. Termination


We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, your payment fails, your use poses risks, or we discontinue the Services.


Upon termination, your license ends, and we may delete or restrict access to your User Content consistent with our retention policies.


12. Intellectual Property


PathRank owns all rights in its software, algorithms, heuristics, code, design elements, trademarks, and infrastructure. You may not use our IP without written authorization.


13. Disclaimers


The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”


To the fullest extent permitted by law, PathRank disclaims all warranties, including accuracy, reliability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose.


We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.


14. Limitation of Liability


To the maximum extent permitted by law, PathRank is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.


PathRank’s total liability will not exceed the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.


15. Indemnification


You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PathRank and its personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, and costs arising from:


  • your use of the Services;

  • your User Content;

  • your violation of these Terms;

  • your failure to comply with notice or consent laws.


16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution


These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.


Claims or disputes will be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in California.


17. Changes to Terms


We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
