Delete Account
This page explains how to permanently delete your PathRank account and the personal data associated with it. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, your workflows, tasks, and other content cannot be recovered.
Before You Delete
If you have an active subscription, cancel it first. PathRank subscriptions are billed and managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and deleting your PathRank account does not cancel store billing on its own.
- Apple (iOS): cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings.
- Google (Android): cancel in your Google Play subscription settings.
If you’d like a copy of your data, export it from within the app before you begin.
Option 1: Delete in the App (Recommended)
You can delete your account directly inside PathRank:
- Open the PathRank app.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
- Confirm the request when prompted.
Your deletion request begins immediately after you confirm.
Option 2: Request Deletion by Email
If you can’t access the app, you can request deletion without it. Email us from the address associated with your account so we can verify your identity:
- To: support@pathrank.ai
- Subject: Delete My Account
- Include: the email address on your PathRank account
We may ask for additional information to confirm you own the account before we process the request. This protects your account from unauthorized deletion.
What Happens Next
- We confirm your request and verify account ownership.
- Your account and associated personal data are permanently deleted.
- Deletion requests are completed within 30 days.
- We’ll send a confirmation once your account has been deleted.
Data That Is Deleted
- Account profile information
- Email address
- Authentication identifiers
- Workflows, task data, transcripts, voice-generated content, and associated metadata
- Analytics identifiers linked to your account
Data That May Be Retained, and Why
Some limited data may be retained for legitimate business or legal purposes:
- Billing and transaction records: retained to comply with financial reporting and tax obligations.
- Security and fraud-prevention logs: retained to prevent abuse and protect platform integrity.
- Records required by applicable law: retained only for the period the law requires.
Retained data is limited to what is strictly necessary, is kept no longer than required, and is never used for marketing.
